Sustainability reports are part of a broader sustainable destination strategy, within which the Public Institute of Krka National Park transparently monitors and communicates its impact on the environment, society, and the management of the protected area. The reports are based on the continuous collection and analysis of data on the impacts of tourism on natural resources, the local community, and natural and cultural heritage. Particular attention is given to monitoring and measuring indicators such as visitor numbers, ecosystem condition, resource consumption (water and energy), waste management, and the economic and social effects of tourism.
An important part of the report is also based on the analysis of visitors’ opinions, which are collected through surveys and websites, in order to gain insight into their needs and expectations and, accordingly, improve the quality of the Park experience while preserving its natural values.

Based on visitor comments, questions, and suggestions received by e-mail, via social media, reviews or in direct communications in the park, Krka National Park is working continuously to improve the quality of its services, safety in the park, and accessibility to its content. Visitor feedback is an important tool in planning new projects and improving existing content, and numerous improvements are the direct result of the opinions shared by park visitors and the local community

Visitor Experience Report of Krka National Park
Krka National Park continuously monitors visitor experiences in order to maintain their high quality, improve sustainable site management and ensure a balance between nature protection and the tourist experience. An analysis of visitor comments and reviews in 2025 and 2026 posted on TripAdvisor shows that visitors primarily perceive the Park as an area of exceptional natural beauty, tranquillity and an authentic experience of nature
