The Krka National Park is dedicated to the continuous advance of sustainable tourism and the establishment of a responsible and sustainable tourist destination. Through the application of a participatory approach, it has actively involved stakeholders in order to jointly contribute to the development and lasting sustainability of the Park.

Complaints can be submitted for any observed irregularities related to sustainable destination management, including noise, light pollution, excessive energy consumption, negative impact on nature and biodiversity, or air pollution.

You can submit your proposal, remarks, or comments about the successful achievement of certain indicators of sustainability to the e-mail address: odrzivost@npk.hr

The Sustainability Coordinator will review and respond to all proposals received.

THE PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING COMPLAINTS

Primjedba se može podnijeti u pisanom obliku na navedenu e-mail adresu Ustanove. Primjedbe razmatraju osobe odgovorne za provedbu i izvještavanje o održivom upravljanju područjem Nacionalnog parka „Krka“. S obzirom na rezultate provjere navoda, pritužba može biti ocijenjena kao:

  • Well-founded – All essential elements of the complaint have been confirmed by the collected evidence,
  • Partially correct – Only part of the allegation was substantiated, while part of the allegation was either unfounded or could not be confirmed,
  • Unfounded – The unfounded nature of all allegations in the remark has been reliably confirmed and proven in entirety,
  • Unconfirmed – It was not possible to gather information that would support the alleged complaints.

The individuals responsible for implementing and reporting on sustainable management will inform the person(s) who lodged the complaint about the confirmed actual situation and any measures taken within 30 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.
