At the sites within the Krka National Park, the monitoring of hydrological indicators is carried out by the Croatian Meteorological and Hydrological Service (DHMZ), with which the Park has a contract to process and deliver data on water levels, flows, and water temperature at the hydrological stations of Skradinski buk, the National Park, and Roški slap.

In terms of the Regulation of Water Quality Standards (OG 96/2019) and Amendments to the Regulation of Water Quality Standards (OG 20/2023), the Park has signed contracts with the Educational Institute for Public Health of Split-Dalmatia County (NZJZSDŽ) and the Educational Institute for Public Health of Šibenik-Knin County (NZJZŠKŽ), according to which the monitoring of surface waters is carried out four times a year at Skradinski buk, Roški slap, and Lake Brljan.

In cooperation with the association Šibenik Meteo, the Krka National Park has installed two automatic meteorological stations at the sites of the Krka Eco Campus in Puljane and at Skradinski buk waterfall. The automatic meteorological station is equipped with sensors for measuring temperature, humidity, and air pressure, wind direction and speed, the amount of precipitation, solar radiation, and the UV index.
