Unaprje\u0111enje proizvodnje bijelih vina i osvrt na vina iz berbe 2023. glavne su teme novog Susreta s lokalnim stanovni\u0161tvom<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sedamnaesti Susret s lokalnim stanovni\u0161tvom odr\u017eat \u0107e se u utorak, 21. studenoga 2023. od 14 do 16 sati u konferencijskoj dvorani Eko kampusa \u201eKrka\u201c u Puljanima.<\/p>\n

Voditelj radionice degustacije bijelih vina bit \u0107e mr. sc. Stipe Ivi\u0107, stru\u010dni suradnik za vinarstvo i vinogradarstvo u Zavodu za biljne znanosti Instituta za jadranske kulture i melioraciju kr\u0161a u Splitu. Organolepti\u010dko ocjenjivanje vina podrazumijeva ocjenjivanje vanjskog izgleda vina (boje i bistro\u0107e), mirisa, okusa, ukupnog dojma i prepoznatljivosti sorte od koje je vino proizvedeno.<\/p>\n

Na Susretu \u0107e se okupiti lokalno stanovni\u0161tvo koje \u017eivi i radi na \u0161irem podru\u010dju Krke. Svi koji prera\u0111uju gro\u017e\u0111e mogu donijeti uzorak svog mladog bijelog vina na individualizirano savjetovanje kako bi na temelju analize organolepti\u010dkih svojstava vina dobili stru\u010dno mi\u0161ljenje o njemu. Za degustaciju treba donijeti 0,5 l bijelog vina u staklenoj ili plasti\u010dnoj boci.<\/p>\n

Javna ustanova \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c zainteresiranim stanovnicima \u0161ireg podru\u010dja Krke omogu\u0107uje besplatnu analizu mladog ili odle\u017eanog vina. Za tu potrebu, lokalni stanovnici na Susret mogu donijeti i jedan uzorak od 0,5 l bijelog ili crnog vina, u staklenoj ili plasti\u010dnoj boci.<\/p>\n

Sudjelovanje na 17. Susretu slobodno je za sve zainteresirane.<\/p>\n

\nThe 17th Meeting: a young white wine tasting workshop<\/strong>
\nAdvancing the production of white wines and reviewing the wines from the 2023 harvest were the main topics of the new Meeting with the local population<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 17th<\/sup> Meeting with the local population will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, from 2 to 4 p.m. in the conference hall of the Krka Eco Campus in Puljane.<\/p>\n

The leader of the white wine tasting workshop will be Stipe Ivi\u0107, MA, expert associate for for winemaking and viticulture at the Department of Plant Sciences of the Institute for Adriatic Culture and Karst Reclamation in Split. Organoleptic evaluation of wine implies evaluation of the external appearance of the wine (color and clarity), smell, taste, overall impression, and recognition of the variety from which the wine was produced.<\/p>\n

Local residents who live and work in the wider area of the Krka River will gather at the meeting. Anyone who processes grapes can bring a sample of their young white wine for an individualized consultation, in order to receive an expert opinion on it based on the analysis of the organoleptic properties of the wine. For the tasting, 0.5 l of white wine in a glass or plastic bottle should be brought.<\/p>\n

The public institution of the Krka National Park offers free analysis of young or aged wine to interested residents of the broader Krka River area. For this purpose, local residents can bring a sample of 0.5 l of white or red wine, in a glass or plastic bottle, to the Meeting.<\/p>\n

Participation in the 17th<\/sup> Meeting is free for all interested parties.<\/p>\n
