[hr]Petoga prosinca obilje\u017eava se Me\u0111unarodni dan dobrovoljnog rada za ekonomski i dru\u0161tveni napredak (International Volunteer Day for Economic and Social Development<\/em>), odnosno Me\u0111unarodni dan volontera.<\/strong> Cilj je sve aktivnosti volontera i njihov dobrovoljni rad u\u010diniti vidljivim na lokalnoj, nacionalnoj i me\u0111unarodnoj razini.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u0160ezdeset i \u0161est volontera pro\u0161lo je ove godine kroz volonterske programe u Nacionalnom parku \u201eKrka\u201c. Dugogodi\u0161nje zanimanje za tom vrstom aktivnosti rezultiralo je ure\u0111enjem volonterskog centra sa smje\u0161tajnim kapacitetima u sklopu Eko kampusa \u201eKrka\u201c u Puljanima. Pojedinci se mogu uklju\u010diti u aktivnosti u za\u0161ti\u0107enom podru\u010dju kroz \u010detiri volonterska programa: istra\u017eiva\u010d tr\u017ei\u0161ta, \u010dista\u010d obale Krke, arheolo\u0161ki suradnik i edukativno-kreativni asistent. Program volontiranja iskorak je u valorizaciji Eko kampusa \u201eKrka\u201c u Puljanima, u kojemu je Javna ustanova \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c razvila zna\u010dajan edukativno-prihvatni kompleks, koji \u0107e olak\u0161ati razvoj volonterske djelatnosti na podru\u010dju Parka.<\/p>\n

Volonterski centar Titius suvremeni je polivalentni objekt s potpuno opremljenim laboratorijem za prirodoslovce i arheologe i smje\u0161tajnim kapacitetom hostelskog tipa za trideset i osam osoba. U prizemlju se nalazi laboratorij, na prvom katu dnevni boravak sa standardnim sobama i sobama za osobe s invaliditetom, a na drugom katu sobe s kupaonicom. U sklopu volonterskog centra ure\u0111eni su blagovaonica i Internet kafe.<\/p>\n

Tu su protekle godine bili smje\u0161teni studenti koji su sudjelovali u volonterskim programima: studenti s Odsjeka za arheologiju Filozofskog fakulteta i Geotehni\u010dkog fakulteta Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Zagrebu, studenti s Filozofskog fakulteta i studentice U\u010diteljskog studija Filozofskog fakulteta Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Splitu, kojima su se priklju\u010dile i studentice s Odsjeka ranog i pred\u0161kolskog odgoja i obrazovanja i Odsjeka sociologije, \u00a0te studenti Veleu\u010dili\u0161ta u \u0160ibeniku. Volonterski programi izravno su vezani za studijske programe volontera, te na taj na\u010din s jedne strane unaprje\u0111uju njihovo znanje, a s druge pridonose provo\u0111enju nekih od djelatnosti za\u0161ti\u0107enog podru\u010dja. Volonteri su imali priliku upoznati lokalnu sredinu i kulturnopovijesne lokalitete Nacionalnog parka \u201eKrka\u201c. Suradnja Nacionalnog parka i volontera doprinosi boljem poznavanju i razumijevanju za\u0161ti\u0107enog podru\u010dja, znanstvenom i edukativnom napretku i o\u010duvanju okoli\u0161a.<\/p>\n

Javna ustanova \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c i ranije je provodila programe volontiranja, a ima i veliko iskustvo u edukativnom radu s djecom i mladima. NP \u201eKrka\u201c 2016. se pridru\u017eio programu volontiranja koji je tada\u0161nje Ministarstvo za\u0161tite okoli\u0161a i energetike kroz projekt integracije u EU Natura 2000 (NIP) osmislilo i pokrenulo u nacionalnim i parkovima prirode. Volonterskim programima omogu\u0107uje se sustavno uklju\u010divanje zainteresiranih pojedinaca i grupa u aktivnosti koje ustanove provode u za\u0161ti\u0107enim podru\u010djima.<\/p>\n

Dana\u0161njem je \u010dovjeku potreban povratak prirodi, u duhovnom i fizi\u010dkom smislu. Treba do\u017eivjeti vodu, \u0161umu ili planinu kao meditativne oaze koje osloba\u0111aju na\u0161 duh a rukama daju snagu da se, zahvalni, radom odu\u017eimo prirodi za darovanu ljepotu. Iskustvo volontiranja u Nacionalnom parku \u201eKrka\u201c vra\u0107a nas tim vrijednostima, povezuju\u0107i nas s prirodom na na\u010din na koji smo oduvijek s njom bili vezani, ali smo to zaboravili.<\/p>\n

\nInternational Volunteer Day<\/strong>
\nInternational Volunteer Day for Economic and Social Development is celebrated every year on 5 December. The aim of this day is to increase visibility of the activities of volunteers and their volunteer work at the local, national and international levels.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This year, 66 volunteers passed through the volunteer programme at Krka National Park. The long-standing interest in this type of activity has stimulated the park to construct accommodation facilities as part of the Krka Eco Campus in Puljane. Individuals have obtained the opportunity to get involved in activities in the protected area, through four volunteer programmes: market researcher, Krka riverbank cleaner, archaeological assistant, and educational and creative assistant. The volunteer programme is a step forward in valorising the Krka Eco Campus in Puljane, where the Public Institute of Krka National Park has developed a significant educational and accommodation complex to facilitate the development of volunteer activities in the Park.<\/p>\n

The Titius volunteer centre is a modern, polyvalent facility with a fully equipped laboratory for scientists and archaeologists, and hostel type accommodations with 38 beds. The laboratory is on the ground floor, the common room, bedrooms and disabled-access bedrooms are on the first floor, while rooms with bathrooms are on the second floor. The volunteer centre also includes a dining hall and internet caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n

In the past year, students participating in volunteer programmes have stayed here. These were students of the Archaeology Department of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb; Geotechnical Faculty, University of Zagreb; Faulty of Philosophy, University of Split; Department of Teaching, Department of Early Childhood Education and Department of Sociology of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Split, and students from \u0160ibenik College. The volunteer programme is directly linked with the volunteer study programmes, allowing students to expand their knowledge, while contributing to the implementation of activities in the protected area. Volunteers had the opportunity to get to know the local area and the cultural and historical sites of Krka National Park. Cooperation between the National Park and volunteers contributes to their better understanding of the protected area, the scientific and educational progress in the Park, and conservation of the environment.<\/p>\n

The Public Institute of Krka National Park implemented volunteer programmes prior to this, and it also has broad experience in educational work. In 2016, Krka National Park joined in the volunteering project designed and implemented in national and nature parks by the then Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy through an integration project in the EU Natura 2000 (NIP). These volunteer programmes enable the systematic inclusion of interested individuals and groups in the activities implemented by these institutions in protected areas.<\/p>\n

Humans today need nature, both in the spiritual and physical sense. They need to experience water, forests or mountains as a meditative oasis that liberates the spirit and gives the body strength to work to give back to nature for the gift of beauty, with gratitude. The experience of volunteering in Krka National Park returns us to those values, connecting us with nature in the way we have always been connected, but have only forgotten.<\/p>\n
