[hr]Peti Green Eye, filmski festival o za\u0161titi okoli\u0161a i o\u010duvanju prirode, ove godine posve\u0107en je odr\u017eivu razvoju i ekolo\u0161koj stabilnosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tijekom dva dana festivala posjetitelji \u0107e mo\u0107i pogledati pet filmova o za\u0161titi okoli\u0161a, kojima su autori neki od najpoznatijih producenata i re\u017eisera. Uz dru\u017eenje nakon projekcija bit \u0107e odr\u017eane edukativne panel-rasprave na kojima \u0107e mo\u0107i iznijeti i svoje komentare o filmovima i toj va\u017enoj temi.<\/p>\n

U dokumentarnom filmu Once you know<\/em> \/ Jednom kad zna\u0161<\/em> redatelja Emmanuela Cappellina autor promatra i istra\u017euje svijet koji se zbog klimatskih promjena na\u0161ao na rubu propasti.<\/p>\n

Suo\u010dena s neizvjesnom budu\u0107no\u0161\u0107u, njegova se generacija okre\u0107e klimatolozima, lokalnim vlastima i ekolo\u0161kim udrugama i aktivistima ne bi li prona\u0161la izlaz iz te\u0161ke situacije.<\/p>\n

Globalni problem suvremenog dru\u0161tva je za\u0161tita i unaprje\u0111ivanje \u017eivotne sredine. Odr\u017eivi razvoj te\u017ei pobolj\u0161avanju kvalitete \u017eivota tako \u0161to udru\u017euje tri me\u0111usobno povezana faktora: ekonomski razvoj, za\u0161titu prirodne sredine i dru\u0161tvenu odgovornost. Ta tri \u010dinioca moraju postojati zajedno da bi omogu\u0107ila jednostavan, a stabilan oslonac. \u017divotni standard ljudi treba temeljiti na o\u010duvanju prirodne sredine, a ne na iscrpljivanju resursa.<\/p>\n

\u010covje\u010danstvo \u017eivi iznad mogu\u0107nosti koje pru\u017ea planet Zemlja. Nastavi li se tro\u0161enje prirodnih resursa sada\u0161njim tempom, 2050. godine ljudi \u0107e trebati dva takva planeta, s tim da \u0107e i broj njegovih stanovnika narasti na devet milijardi.<\/p>\n

\nThe fifth Green Eye, a film festival about environmental protection and nature conservation, is dedicated this year to sustainable development and ecological stability.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the two days of the festival, visitors will be able to watch five films about environmental protection, written by some of the most famous producers and directors. In addition to socializing after the screenings, educational panel discussions will be held, where they will be able to express their comments about the films and this important topic.<\/p>\n

The global problem of modern society is the protection and improvement of the environment. Sustainable development seeks to improve the quality of life by combining three interrelated factors: economic development, environmental protection, and social responsibility. These three factors must exist together in order to provide a simple, yet stable support. The living standards of people should be based on the preservation of the environment, and not on the depletion of resources. Humanity is living beyond the capacity of planet Earth. If the current rate of depletion of natural resources continues, by 2050 people would need two such planets, given that the population would increase to nine billion.<\/p>\n
