U Eko kampusu \u201eKrka\u201c u Puljanima u Nacionalnom parku \u201eKrka\u201c 2. i 3. svibnja (i online<\/em>) odr\u017eava se dvodnevna me\u0111unarodna konferencija \u201eRegenerate Europe\u201c (na engleskom jeziku) na temu poticanja lokalne proizvodnje hrane i ja\u010danja veze izme\u0111u lokalne enogastronomije i turizma
<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ovo multidisciplinarno okupljanje stru\u010dnjaka, aktivista, entuzijasta, poduzetnika iz Hrvatske i svijeta organizira Terra Meera Centar za regeneraciju i ljudski potencijal u suradnji s Veleu\u010dili\u0161tem Aspira u Splitu, uz podr\u0161ku doma\u0107ina Javne ustanove \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c. Pokrovitelji su Ministarstvo poljoprivrede, Ministarstvo turizma i sporta, TZ \u0160ibensko-kninske \u017eupanije te Udruge hrvatskih putni\u010dkih agencija i Udruge poduzetnika u hotelijerstvu Hrvatske.<\/p>\n

Nadahnuti uspjehom pro\u0161logodi\u0161njeg skupa te citatom \u201eDugujemo svoje postojanje tankom sloju povr\u0161inskog tla i \u010dudu ki\u0161e\u201c, organizatori su se usredoto\u010dili na klju\u010dnu ulogu regenerativne poljoprivrede u ja\u010danju otpornosti prema klimatskim promjenama i sustavnoj obnovi bioraznolikosti. Cilj im je pribli\u017eiti na\u010dine na koje regenerativni pristup mo\u017ee revitalizirati lokalnu proizvodnju hrane, skratiti lance opskrbe, oja\u010dati turizam i gastronomiju te potaknuti op\u0107i privredni rast. Konferencija \u201eRegenerate Europe\u201c nije samo skup predavanja, panela i radionica, ve\u0107 i \u201eglokalna\u201c platforma, prostor gdje se susre\u0107u globalna stremljenja i lokalne inicijative te inozemni i doma\u0107i primjeri dobrih praksi.<\/p>\n

Posjetitelji \u0107e tako od mladih regenerativnih poljoprivrednika iz \u0160panjolske, Gr\u010dke i Italije, koji su ujedno i utemeljitelji novoosnovanog Europskog saveza za regenerativnu poljoprivredu (EARA), saznati vi\u0161e o specifi\u010dnosti i ekonomskom potencijalu ovakvog pristupa obra\u0111ivanju tla. Na iskustva inozemnih poljoprivrednika nadovezat \u0107e se intrigantni primjeri doma\u0107ih poduzetnika koji su napustili uspje\u0161ne svjetske karijere da bi u nerazvijenim ruralnim sredinama kroz rad na zemlji i uzgoju autohtonih sorti bilja prona\u0161li poslovni uspjeh i osobni mir. Njihova \u017eivotna iskustva, iako razli\u010dita u izri\u010daju, pro\u017eima zajedni\u010dka nit uspje\u0161nog poduzetni\u0161tva, skladnog su\u017eivota s prirodom i pozitivnog utjecaja na lokalnu zajednicu.<\/p>\n

\nThe second edition of the Regenerate Europe conference offers "glocal (global\/local)" perspectives for the revival of Croatian tourism on the wings of a renewal of local food production and agriculture.<\/strong>
\nAt the Krka Eco Campus in Puljane in the Krka National Park, a two-day international conference “Regenerate Europe” (in English) is being held on May 2 and 3 (and online) on the topic of encouraging local food production and strengthening the connection between local enogastronomy and tourism<\/strong><\/p>\n

This multidisciplinary gathering of experts, activists, enthusiasts, entrepreneurs from Croatia and the world has been organized by the Terra Meera Center for Regeneration and Human Potential, in cooperation with the Aspira Polytechnic in Split, with the support of the host, the Krka National Park. The patrons include the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Tourism and Sport, the Tourist Bord of \u0160ibenik-Knin County, the Association of Croatian Travel Agencies, and the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Croatian Hotel Industry.<\/p>\n

Inspired by the success of last year’s meeting and the quotation “We owe our existence to a thin layer of surface soil and the miracle of rain”, the organizers have focused on the key role of regenerative agriculture in strengthening both resistance to climate change and the systematic restoration of biodiversity. The goal is to have a closer approach to the ways in which a regenerative approach can revitalize local food production, shorten supply chains, strengthen tourism and gastronomy, and stimulate general economic growth. The “Regenerate Europe” conference is not only a meeting composed of lectures, panels, and workshops, but also a “glocal (global\/local)” platform, a space where global aspirations and local initiatives can meet, as well as foreign and domestic examples of good practices.<\/p>\n

Visitors will learn more about the specifics and economic potential of such an approach to soil cultivation from young regenerative farmers from Spain, Greece, and Italy, who are also the founders of the newly established European Alliance for Regenerative Agriculture (EARA). The experiences of foreign farmers will be followed by intriguing examples of local entrepreneurs who left successful global careers only to find business success and personal peace in undeveloped rural areas through working on the land and growing indigenous plant varieties. Their life experiences, although differently expressed, are permeated by a common thread of successful entrepreneurship, a harmonious coexistence with nature, and a positive influence on their local communities.<\/p>\n
