Pokazalo je to istra\u017eivanje koje je za JU \u201eNP Krka\u201c provelo Veleu\u010dili\u0161te u \u0160ibeniku u okviru \u0161ire suradnje dvaju ustanova. Istra\u017eivanje pod nazivom \u201eStruktura i stavovi posjetitelja Nacionalnog parka ‘Krka’\u201c, provedeno od kolovoza do listopada 2023., donijelo je i usporedbu rezultata u odnosu na istra\u017eivanje provedeno 2019. godine.<\/p>\n
\u201eOvo istra\u017eivanje, kao i prethodna, izuzetno nam je va\u017eno, jer slu\u017ei planiranju marketin\u0161kih aktivnosti i razvoju sustava posje\u0107ivanja Nacionalnog parka, stoga zahvaljujemo svim na\u0161im posjetiteljima koji su ispunili anketne upitnike. Pokazalo se da su to uistinu zaljubljenici u prirodu jer kao glavni razlog dolaska u Park navode upravo boravak i u\u017eivanje u prirodi, a gotovo osamdeset posto njih ocijenilo je prou\u010davanje flore i faune i u\u010denje o kulturnopovijesnoj ba\u0161tini kao izrazito va\u017ean motiv dolaska, i to je ono \u0161to nas iznimno veseli i potvr\u0111uje dobar smjer upravljanja<\/strong>\u201c, kazala je ravnateljica JU \u201eNP Krka\u201c Nella Slavica i dodala: \u201eBilje\u017eimo i porast zadovoljstva ponudom Parka u odnosu na 2019. u svim analiziranim elementima. To se, prije svega, odnosi na stru\u010dnost i ljubaznost na\u0161ih djelatnika, \u0161to je ocijenjeno najvi\u0161im ocjenama<\/strong>, potvrdiv\u0161i jo\u0161 jednom izvrsnost ve\u0107ine zaposlenika na\u0161e ustanove, kojima se ovim putem zahvaljujem<\/strong>.\u201c<\/p>\n Anketno istra\u017eivanje provedeno je na reprezentativnom stratificiranom uzorku. Njegovi rezultati temelje se na analizi podataka iz 2 314 anketnih upitnika \u0161to su ih ispunili doma\u0107i i inozemni posjetitelji koji su Nacionalni park \u201eKrka\u201c posjetili u razdoblju od kolovoza do listopada 2023. godine.<\/p>\n \u201eOvo istra\u017eivanje samo je dio uspje\u0161ne dugogodi\u0161nje raznovrsne suradnje na\u0161ih dviju ustanova. Vesele nas odli\u010dni rezultati samog istra\u017eivanja, koji doprinose razvoju posjetiteljske ponude i unapre\u0111enju upravljanja, \u0161to zna\u010di da \u0107e koristiti i na\u0161im studentima koji rade, obavljaju stru\u010dnu praksu ili volontiraju u NP ‘Krka’, gdje imaju priliku razvijati svoje vje\u0161tine i u\u010diti od izvrsnih<\/strong>\u201c, istaknuo je dekan Veleu\u010dili\u0161ta u \u0160ibeniku dr. sc. Ljubo Runji\u0107.<\/p>\n U upravljanju za\u0161ti\u0107enim podru\u010djem potrebni su neprekidno pra\u0107enje i evaluacija postoje\u0107ih sadr\u017eaja, uz konstantni napor u zadr\u017eavanju dosegnutih standarda i postavljanju novih razvojnih ciljeva. Javna ustanova \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c provodi redovita anketna ispitivanja me\u0111u posjetiteljima NP \u201eKrka\u201c na raznim lokalitetima u Parku. Anketno istra\u017eivanje dio je upravlja\u010dke strategije u vidu dugoro\u010dnog uspostavljanja smjernica razvoja, s posebnim naglaskom na potrebe i pona\u0161anje posjetitelja u za\u0161ti\u0107enom podru\u010dju.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n <\/p>\n [\/hr]<\/p>\n [en] This was shown by the research conducted for the Krka National Park by the Polytechnic University in \u0160ibenik as part of the wider cooperation between the two institutions. The research, titled “The Structure and Attitudes of Visitors to the Krka National Park”, was carried out from August to October 2023, and also offered a comparison of results in relation to similar research conducted in 2019.<\/p>\n \u201cThis research, like those previous, is extremely important to us, because it serves to aid in the planning of marketing activities and the development of the National Park visiting system, so we thank all our visitors who filled out the survey questionnaires<\/strong>. It has been shown that they are truly nature lovers, because their main reason for coming to the Park is to stay in and enjoy nature, and almost eighty percent of them rated the observation of flora and fauna and learning about the cultural and historical heritage as extremely important reasons for coming, and that makes us extremely happy and confirms the good direction taken by management<\/strong>\u201d, stated the director of the Krka National Park, Nella Slavica, and added: \u201cWe have also noted an increase in satisfaction with the Park’s offerings in all analysed elements compared to 2019. This, first of all, refers to the expertise and politeness of our employees, which were evaluated with the highest marks, once again confirming the excellence of the majority of the employees of our institution, whom I hereby thank on this occasion<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n The survey was conducted on a representative stratified sample. The results are based on the analysis of data from 2,314 questionnaires filled out by domestic and foreign visitors who visited the Krka National Park in the period from August to October 2023.<\/p>\n \u201cThis research represents only a part of the successful long-term varied cooperation between our two institutions.<\/strong> We are pleased with the excellent results of the research itself, which will contribute to the development of the offerings for visitors and the advancement of management, which also means that it will benefit our students who work, complete professional practice, or volunteer at the Krka National Park, where they have the opportunity to develop their skills and learn from excellent teachers<\/strong>\u201d, was emphasised by the Dean of the Polytechnic University in \u0160ibenik, Ljubo Runji\u0107, PhD.<\/p>\n Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the existing contents is necessary in the management of a protected area, along with constant efforts to maintain the standards achieved and also to set new developmental goals. The Public Institute of Krka National Park conducts regular survey investigation among visitors to the Krka National Park at various locations within the Park.
