Give the tree your vote and let&#039;s win!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[hr]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kao Hrvatsko stablo godine, Zelena dama iz Nacionalnog parka \u201eKrka\u201c jedan je od petnaest finalista, najljep\u0161ih i najzna\u010dajnijih stabala iz cijele Europe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Od danas, <strong>1. velja\u010de pa do 22. velja\u010de 2024.<\/strong> i vi mo\u017eete dati svoj glas za murvu iz Nacionalnog parka \u201eKrka\u201c. Dovoljno je kliknuti na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.treeoftheyear.org\/vote\"><strong>poveznicu<\/strong><\/a>. Murva iz Nacionalnog parka \u201eKrka\u201c nalazi se pod natjecateljskim brojem sedam, koliko je slapova na rijeci Krki, u \u010demu ima, nadamo se, sretne simbolike.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<strong>Ponosni smo \u0161to je ba\u0161 murva iz Nacionalnog parka &#8216;Krka&#8217; predstavnik na\u0161e zemlje na ovom va\u017enom europskom natjecanju, koje ne isti\u010de samo estetsku vrijednost stabala, ve\u0107 i njihovu duboku povezanost s lokalnom zajednicom.<\/strong> <strong>Stabla su \u010duvari povijesti i bioraznolikosti, a ovo natjecanje promovira svijest o njihovoj va\u017enosti<\/strong>\u201c, kazala je ravnateljica Javne ustanove \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c i dodala: \u201e<strong>Pozivam sve stanovnike Lijepe na\u0161e i zaljubljenike u prirodu da svojim glasom podr\u017ee na\u0161u murvu i da zajedno poka\u017eemo koliko smo ponosni na prirodne vrijednosti i bogato kulturno naslije\u0111e koje na\u0161a zemlja ima.<\/strong>\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Kako biste dali svoj glas za murvu iz Nacionalnog parka \u201eKrka\u201c te tako podr\u017eali Republiku Hrvatsku na natjecanju Europsko stablo 2024. i doprinijeli promociji na\u0161e prirodne ba\u0161tine potrebno je:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pristupiti stranici <a href=\"https:\/\/www.treeoftheyear.org\/vote\">https:\/\/www.treeoftheyear.org\/vote <\/a><\/li>\n<li>odabrati dva kandidata i glasovati;<\/li>\n<li>za potvrdu odabira kandidata u nazna\u010deno mjesto upisati e-mail adresu;<\/li>\n<li>glas \u0107e biti uva\u017een tek nakon potvrde link-a koji dobijete na e-mail adresu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pobjednik natjecanja bit \u0107e progla\u0161en 21. o\u017eujka 2024. godine na sve\u010danoj ceremoniji koja \u0107e se odr\u017eati u\u017eivo u Europskom parlamentu u Bruxellesu.<\/p>\n<p>Natjecanje za europsko stablo godine tra\u017ei drvo s najzanimljivijom pri\u010dom. Stabla, duboko ukorijenjena i \u0161iroko razgranata, svjedoci su vremena i najbolji pripovjeda\u010di. Murva iz Nacionalnog parka \u201eKrka\u201c pri\u010da o svilenoj pro\u0161losti i slatkoj sada\u0161njosti ovoga kraja. Plod murve ukusan je i ljekovit, a li\u0161\u0107e hrana za leptira iz \u010dije se \u010dahure dobivaju svilena vlakna. Upravo se u ovom kraju nalazilo najve\u0107e uzgajali\u0161te svilene bube (dudova svilca) u Dalmaciji. Ova vreme\u0161na <em>Zelena dama,<\/em> stara \u010detiristo godina, dio je na\u0161e tradicije i prepoznatljiva slika na\u0161eg krajolika, dostojanstveni predstavnik na europskoj zelenoj pozornici.<\/p>\n<p>Mre\u017ena stranica natjecanja citira Richarda Mabeya, koji ka\u017ee da biti bez drve\u0107a, doslovno zna\u010di biti bez na\u0161ih korijena. Neka vam to bude nadahnu\u0107e i podsjetnik na to da date svoj glas za stablo na\u0161ih, hrvatskih korijena, iz na\u0161eg, zajedni\u010dkog nacionalnog parka, koje \u0107e nas ispuniti nacionalnim ponosom, a potom nastaviti postojano pru\u017eati hlad i zaklon novim generacijama.<\/p>\n<p>Online glasovanje za Europsko stablo godine organizira Europsko udru\u017eenje za okoli\u0161nu suradnju (EPA), svake godine u velja\u010di. Prvo glasovanje odr\u017eano je 2011. godine. Od tada se broj zemalja uklju\u010denih u natjecanje s pet pove\u0107ao na \u0161esnaest.<\/p>\n<p>Natjecanje za Europsko stablo godine inspirirano je popularnim natjecanjem za Stablo godine koje se godinama organizira u \u010ce\u0161koj. Europsko natjecanje zavr\u0161nica je u kojoj sudjeluju pobjednici nacionalnih natjecanja. Give the tree your vote and let&#039;s win!<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>As Croatia\u2019s Tree of the Year, this Green Lady from Krka National Park is one of the 15 finalist in the competition to choose Europe\u2019s most loveliest and significant tree<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Starting today, <strong>1 February 2024 and until 22 February 2024<\/strong>, you can give your voice for the mulberry tree from Krka National Park. All you need to do is click on this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.treeoftheyear.org\/vote\">link<\/a> and select your two favourite candidates. The mulberry tree in Krka National Park is listed as number 7, the same number of waterfalls on the Krka River, which we hope is a happy coincidence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>We are proud that our mulberry tree in Krka National Park is representing Croatia in this important European competition, that highlights not only the tree\u2019s aesthetic value, but also its deep connection with the local community. Trees are guardians of history and biodiversity, and this competition raises awareness of their importance,<\/strong>\u201d said the director of the Public Institute of Krka National Park. Trees, deeply rooted and widely branching, are witness of times past and our best storytellers. The mulberry of Krka National Park tells of the silken past and sweet present of this region. The fruit of the mulberry is tasty and medicinal, and the leaves are food for the silkworms from which silk is extracted. This region was once the largest breeding ground for silkworms in Dalmatia. This timeless Green Lady, some 400 years old, is a part of our tradition and a recognisable landmark in the landscape, and a dignified representatives on the European green stage.<\/p>\n<p>The competition website cites Richard Mabey, who says \u201cTo be without trees would, in the most literal way, to be without our roots.\u201d Let this be an inspiration and a reminder to give our vote for the tree of our Croatian roots, from our shared national park, which will fill us with national pride, and then continue to give shade and shelters for the generations to come.<\/p>\n<p>Online voting for the European Tree of the Year is organised each year in February by the European Partnership Association (EPA). The first voting was held in 2011, and since then, the number of participating countries has increased from five to sixteen.<\/p>\n<p>The competition for Europe\u2019s Tree of the Year was inspired by a popular competition for Tree of the Year that has long been organised in Czech Republic. The European competition is the finale that includes the winners of each of the national competitions.
