\u201eRazvoj sustava pra\u0107enja stanja o\u010duvanosti vrsta i stani\u0161nih tipova\u201c, projekt koji provodi Ministarstvo gospodarstva i odr\u017eivog razvoja, okupio brojne sudionike u Eko kampusu \u201eKrka\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n Radionica Programi pra\u0107enja stanja o\u010duvanosti o\u0161trulje, glavo\u010di\u0107a vodenjaka, dalmatinske pijurice i glavo\u010di\u0107a crnotrusa, koju su vodili Prirodoslovno-matemati\u010dki fakultet Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Zagrebu, Institut za primijenjenu ekologiju Oikon d. o. o., Javna ustanova Aquatika d. o. o. \u2013 Slatkovodni akvarij u Karlovcu, Hrvatsko ihtiolo\u0161ko dru\u0161tvo i \u201eDu\u0161ek, Ho\u0161ek and Partners\u201c Conservation s. r. o., odr\u017eana je 19. svibnja 2023. u Eko kampusu \u201eKrka\u201c u Puljanima.<\/p>\n Radionica je odr\u017eana u sklopu Ugovora \u201eUsluga razvoja programa pra\u0107enja za vrste i stani\u0161ne tipove od interesa za EU\u201c, realiziranog kao dio projekta \u201eRazvoj sustava pra\u0107enja stanja o\u010duvanosti vrsta i stani\u0161nih tipova\u201c Grupa predmeta nabave 8: \u201eIzrada i razvoj programa pra\u0107enja za slatkovodne ribe s ja\u010danjem kapaciteta dionika sustava pra\u0107enja i izvje\u0161\u0107ivanja\u201c, koji provodi Ministarstvo gospodarstva i odr\u017eivog razvoja.<\/p>\n Osim predstavnicima javnih ustanova za upravljanje za\u0161ti\u0107enim podru\u010djima i podru\u010djima ekolo\u0161ke mre\u017ee, radionica je namijenjena \u010dlanovima \u0161portsko-ribolovnih dru\u0161tava i saveza. Sudionici su na radionici upoznati s prijedlozima programa pra\u0107enja za o\u0161trulju, glavo\u010di\u0107a vodenjaka, dalmatinsku pijuricu i glavo\u010di\u0107a crnotrusa, te su dora\u0111eni pojedini aspekti sustava pra\u0107enja stanja navedenih vrsta.<\/p>\n Pra\u0107enje stanja ciljnih vrsta sastavni je dio za\u0161tite prirode, a od dana pristupanja Republike Hrvatske Europskoj uniji monitoring je postao i zakonska obveza, sukladno odredbama Direktive o pticama i Direktive o stani\u0161tima. Dobar sustav pra\u0107enja stanja (monitoring) uklju\u010duje verificirane stru\u010dne programe pra\u0107enja stanja u kojima je definirana metodologija prikupljanja, obrade i analize podataka za vrste s ciljem prikupljanja kvalitetnih podataka o trenutnom stanju populacija tih vrsta i njihovih stani\u0161ta, kao i antropogeno uvjetovanih prijetnji koje ugro\u017eavaju njihov opstanak.<\/p>\n [\/hr]<\/p>\n [en] The workshop on the programme to monitor the conservation status of the Dalmatian barbel-gudgeon, Adriatic dwarf goby, Dalmatian minnow and Canestrini\u2019s goby was held at the Krka Eco Campus in Puljane on 19 May 2023. The workshop was hosted by the Faculty of Science of the University of Zagreb, Oikon Applied Ecology Institute d.o.o., Public Institute of Aquatika d.o.o. Freshwater Aquarium in Karlovac, Croatian Ichthyology Society, and “Du\u0161ek, Ho\u0161ek and Partners” Conservation s.r.o.<\/p>\n The workshop was held as part of the contract \u201cServices to develop a monitoring programme for species and habitat types of EU interest\u201d as part of the project \u201cDeveloping a system to monitor the conservation status of species and habitat types\u201d Procurement group 8: \u201cDeveloping a monitoring programme for freshwater fish with capacity building of stakeholders in monitoring and reporting systems\u201d, implemented by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development.<\/p>\n In addition to representatives of public institutions for the management of protected areas and areas in the ecological network, the workshop was also intended for members of sports fishing societies and associations. Participants at the workshop were acquainted with the proposed monitoring programme for the Dalmatian barbel-gudgeon, Adriatic dwarf goby, Dalmatian minnow and Canestrini\u2019s goby, and certain aspects of the monitoring system for these species were worked out in further detail.<\/p>\n Monitoring the status of target species is an integral part of nature conservation, and since Croatia\u2019s accession into the EU, monitoring has become a legal obligation, pursuant to the provisions of the Birds Directive and Habitats Directive.
