{"id":7833,"date":"2023-05-19T11:47:53","date_gmt":"2023-05-19T09:47:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.npkrka.hr\/?p=7833"},"modified":"2025-12-02T13:01:29","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T12:01:29","slug":"monitoring-hibernacijskih-kolonija-sismisa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npkrka.hr\/en_us\/2023\/05\/19\/monitoring-hibernacijskih-kolonija-sismisa\/","title":{"rendered":"Monitoring bat hibernation colonies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[hr]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nastavak vi\u0161egodi\u0161njih istra\u017eivanja i pra\u0107enja \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a na podru\u010dju NP \u201eKrka\u201c i njegove okolice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na \u0161irem podru\u010dju Nacionalnog parka \u201eKrka\u201c u sije\u010dnju 2023. godine proveden je monitoring hibernacijskih kolonija \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a, koji je uklju\u010divao pregled podzemnih skloni\u0161ta Topla pe\u0107ina, Velika pe\u0107ina Kao\u010dinka i Miljacka II. Monitoring je provela tvrtka Geonatura d. o. o.<\/p>\n<p>Terenska istra\u017eivanja provedena su u skladu sa smjernicama me\u0111unarodnog Sporazuma o za\u0161titi europskih populacija \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a (UNEPEUROBATS), a kori\u0161tena je i druga relevantna stru\u010dna i znanstvena literatura. Istra\u017eivanje je provedeno s ciljem prikupljanja podataka o populacijama \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a koji obitavaju u navedenim podzemnim skloni\u0161tima u razdoblju hibernacije, dinamici kojom koriste te prostore, brojnosti \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a i sastavu vrsta, uz procjenu o\u010duvanosti podzemnih skloni\u0161ta i preporuke za daljnje aktivnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Monitoringom su utvr\u0111ene varijacije u brojnosti i sastavu vrsta \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a, naro\u010dito za ljetnog razdoblja, pri \u010demu su istra\u017eivanja hibernacijskih kolonija provedena u nekoliko navrata i samo u pojedinim skloni\u0161tima (Miljacka II, Topla pe\u0107ina). Te varijacije tijekom godine mogu biti odraz stvarnih varijacija, ali i odraz razlika u opsegu pojedinih istra\u017eivanja i metodama koje su u njima u primijenjene. Mogu\u0107e je i da se dio \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a zimi povremeno povu\u010de u vi\u0161e, nedostupne dijelove kanala i pukotine. Ipak, prema rezultatima istra\u017eivanja 2023., vrlo je vjerojatno da \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161i navedena skloni\u0161ta ne koriste u velikom broju tijekom formiranja hibernacijskih kolonija, koje naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e broje najvi\u0161e dvadesetak jedinki.<\/p>\n<p>U istra\u017eivanju u sije\u010dnju 2023. godine zabilje\u017eena je prisutnost ukupno \u010detiri vrsta \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a: <em>Myotis capaccinii<\/em> (dugonogi \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161), <em>Rhinolophus euryale<\/em> (ju\u017eni potkovnjak), <em>R. ferrumequinum<\/em> (veliki potkovnjak) i <em>R. hipposideros<\/em> (mali potkovnjak).<\/p>\n<div class=\"fotorama rounded-lg  shadow lblue-bg mt-5   \" data-width=\"100%\" data-ratio=\"16\/10\"  data-nav=\"thumbs\" data-autoplay=\"true\" data-arrows=\"true\" data-transition=\"crossfade\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/npkrka.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/Kaocinka_R-fer.jpg\" width=\"100%\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/npkrka.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/Miljacka_II_R-hip-3.jpg\" width=\"100%\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/npkrka.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/Topla_pecina_R-eur-2.jpg\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/div><p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/hr]<\/p>\n<p>[en]<br \/>\n<strong>Monitoring bat hibernation colonies<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The continuation of multi-year research and monitoring of bats in the Park boundaries and surrounding areas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During January 2023, monitoring of bat hibernation colonies was performed in the area of Krka National Park. The monitoring included inspections of underground caves Topla pe\u0107ina, Velika pe\u0107ina Kao\u010dinka and Miljacka II, and was conducted by the company Geonatura d.o.o.<\/p>\n<p>Field research was conducted in accordance with the international guidelines of the Agreement to protect European bat populations (UNEPEUROBATS), and applied other relevant expert and scientific literature. The research was conducted with the aim of collecting data on bat populations that use these underground shelters during the hibernation period, the dynamics of their use by bats, their abundance and species composition, with an assessment of the state of conservation of the underground shelters, with recommendations for further activities.<\/p>\n<p>During the performance of monitoring, variations were observed in the past concerning the species abundance and composition, particularly during the summer period, which is why research on colony hibernation was performed on only a few occasions and only in certain shelters (Miljacka II cave, Topla pe\u0107ina cave). The recorded variations in abundance and composition of bat species over the years can be a reflection of true variations, or a reflection of the methods used and scope of research conducted. Also, during winter, it is possible that a share of the bats temporarily retracts deeper into the caves, into inaccessible channels and fissures.
