Javna ustanova \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c prihvatila je poziv da 12. svibnja u Bonnu sudjeluje na po\u010detnoj konferenciji projekta Limes und Legion<\/em>, vezanog za istra\u017eivanje rimskih vojnih logora na podru\u010dju Donje Rajne, kako bi predstavila svoja dugogodi\u0161nja istra\u017eivanja na arheolo\u0161kom lokalitetu Burnum.<\/p>\n The Union of the German Academies of Sciences and Humanities (Savez njema\u010dkih akademija znanosti i humanisti\u010dkih znanosti) odobrio je projekt suradnje u kojem \u0107e se tijekom osamnaest godina prou\u010davati iskopine na podru\u010dju legijskih logora u Donjoj Rajni. Sudionici projekta su Sveu\u010dili\u0161te u Bonnu, LVR-LandesMuseum u Bonnu, Sveu\u010dili\u0161te u Nijmegenu i Ludwig-Maximilians sveu\u010dili\u0161te u M\u00fcnchenu. Cilj je projekta okupiti na konferenciji me\u0111unarodne stru\u010dnjake koji \u0107e predstaviti svoja istra\u017eivanja i trenutno stanje ostataka rimskih legijskih logora, kako bi ste\u010dena znanja koristili u ispitivanju iskopina u Bonnu, Neussu, Xantenu i Nijmegenu.<\/p>\n Jo\u0161ko Zaninovi\u0107, voditelj arheolo\u0161ke zbirke, predstavio je istra\u017eivanja provedena na podru\u010dju lokaliteta Burnum s ciljem rasvjetljavanja uloge rimske vojske u procesu romanizacije. Tijekom arheolo\u0161kih iskapanja do sada je otkriveno 10 000 artefakata, od kojih veliki dio pripada rimskoj vojnoj opremi, pa vjerujemo da \u0107e ta saznanja pomo\u0107i znanstvenicima i ostalim sudionicima konferencije u razumijevanju manje poznatih elemenata iz rimske vojne povijesti.<\/p>\n Savez akademija krovna je organizacija osam njema\u010dkih akademija znanosti, \u010dije \u010dlanstvo broji vi\u0161e od dvije tisu\u0107e znanstvenika, istaknutih predstavnika svojih istra\u017eiva\u010dkih podru\u010dja, na nacionalnoj i me\u0111unarodnoj razini. Predani su promicanju znanstvene razmjene, izvrsnosti u istra\u017eivanju i potpori mladim istra\u017eiva\u010dima u ranoj fazi znanosti.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n [\/hr]<\/p>\n [en] The Public Institute of Krka National Park accepted the invitation to attend the opening of the conference of the project \u201cLimes und Legion\u201d<\/em> in Bonn on 12 May 2023. The project involves research on Roman military camps in the area of the Lower Rhine, and Krka National Park presented its many years of research at the Burnum locality.<\/p>\n The Union of the German Academies of Sciences and Humanities approved the cooperation project which over the course of 18 years will research archaeological sites in the areas of legion camps in the Lower Rhine. Participants in the project are the University of Bonn, LVR-LandesMuseum in Bonn, University of Nijmegen, and the Ludwig-Maximilians University in M\u00fcnchen. The aim of project is to bring together international experts to the conference to present their research and the current state of remnants of the Roman legion camps, so as to apply the acquired knowledge in the research of dig sites in Bonn, Neuss, Xanten and Nijmegen.<\/p>\n Jo\u0161ko Zaninovi\u0107, head of the archaeological collection, presented the research conducted at the Burnum site, with the aim of bringing to light the role of Roman soldiers in the Romanisation process. During the archaeological research, to date a total of 10,000 artefacts have been unearthed, the majority of which belonged to the Roman military gear. He stated that these findings can assist scientists and other participants of the conference to better understand the lesser-known elements of Roman military history.
