[hr]\u010cuvari prirode iz za\u0161ti\u0107enih hrvatskih podru\u010dja u terenskom obilasku NP \u201eKrka\u201c \u2013 razmjena iskustva u uklanjanju i kontroli invazivne vrste pajasena<\/strong><\/p>\n

Javna ustanova \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c bila je doma\u0107in XXIII. Godi\u0161njeg seminara \u010duvara prirode odr\u017eanog u Eko kampusu \u201eKrka\u201c u Puljanima 20. i 21. travnja 2023. u sklopu kojeg je odr\u017eana i radionica o kontroli i uklanjanju invazivne vrste pajasena \u010dime se JU \u201eNP Krka\u201c aktivno bavi kako bi se o\u010duvala stani\u0161ta i autohtone biljne vrste.<\/p>\n

U terenskom obilasku NP \u201eKrka\u201c sudjelovalo je pedesetak \u010duvara prirode iz za\u0161ti\u0107enih podru\u010dja Hrvatske. Posjetili su Ro\u0161ki slap i obi\u0161li pokusnu plohu s pajasenom uspostavljenu u sklopu projekta \u201eLIFE CONTRA Ailanthus\u201c, financiranog kroz Program LIFE, \u010diji je nositelj Ministarstvo gospodarstva i odr\u017eivog razvoja u kojemu je JU \u201eNP Krka\u201c partner. Predstavljene su projektne aktivnosti s naglaskom na uklanjanje pajasena i monitoring aktivnosti na\u00a0 projektnom podru\u010dju HR2000918 \u0160ire podru\u010dje NP \u201eKrka\u201c, a demonstrirane su i razli\u010dite metode njegova uklanjanja.\u00a0 \u010cuvari prirode imali su priliku razmijeniti iskustva u uklanjanju ove invazivne vrste, jer pionirski posao u o\u010duvanju sedre i kontroli vrste provodi upravo NP \u201eKrka\u201c.<\/p>\n

Glavni o\u010dekivani rezultati projekta \u201eLIFE CONTRA Ailanthus\u201c su pobolj\u0161anje statusa o\u010duvanja Natura 2000 stani\u0161nih tipova, o\u010duvanje kulturne ba\u0161tine, sprje\u010davanje daljnjeg \u0161irenja invazivne strane vrste, i razvoj nacionalnog protokola. Dodatni ciljevi su pobolj\u0161ati kapacitete za upravljanje invazivnim vrstama i podi\u0107i svijest javnosti o negativnom utjecaju invazivnih vrsta na nacionalnoj razini.<\/p>\n

\nRangers from protected areas in Croatia made a field visit to Krka National Park, to exchange experiences in the removal and control of the invasive species Tree of Heaven<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Public Institute of Krka National Park was the host of the 23rd<\/sup> Annual Ranger\u2019s Seminar, held at the Krka Eco Campus in Puljane on 20\u201321 April 2023. As part of the seminar, a workshop was held on the control and removal of the invasive species Tree of Heaven, which the Public Institute of Krka National Park is actively involved in, so as to preserve the habitat of indigenous plant flora.<\/p>\n

A total of 50 rangers from protected areas all across Croatia participated in a field tour of Krka National Park. They visited Ro\u0161ki slap and the experimental plot with Tree of Heaven set up as part of the project \u201cLIFE CONTRA Ailanthus\u201c, financed through the LIFE programme and led by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, and in which the Public Institute of Krka National Park is a partner. Project activities were presented, with a focus on the removal of Tree of Heaven and monitoring activities in the project area (HR2000918 Broader area of Krka National Park), with demonstrations of different methods for its removal. The rangers had the opportunity to exchange experiences in the removal of this invasive species, as Krka National Park is a pioneer in protecting travertine and in species control.<\/p>\n

The main expected results of the project \u201cLIFE CONTRA Ailanthus\u201d are improved conservation status of the Natura 2000 habitat types, preservation of cultural heritage, preventing the further spread of invasive alien species, and the development of a national protocol. Additional aims are to improve capacities for the management of invasive species and to raise public awareness of the negative impacts of invasive species at the national level.<\/p>\n
