Javna ustanova \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c ponosni je doma\u0107in XXIII. Godi\u0161njeg seminara \u010duvara prirode <\/strong><\/p>\n

U organizaciji Zavoda za za\u0161titu okoli\u0161a i prirode Ministarstva gospodarstva i odr\u017eivog razvoja i Javne ustanove \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c, 20. i 21. travnja 2023. vi\u0161e od stotinu sudionika skupa boravi u Eko kampusu \u201eKrka\u201c u Puljanima, modernom interpretacijsko-edukacijskom i volonterskom sredi\u0161tu, gdje im je srda\u010dnu dobrodo\u0161licu po\u017eeljela ravnateljica JU \u201eNP Krka\u201c Nella Slavica: \u201e\u010cuvari prirode na\u0161 su prvi kontakt sa svim zbivanjima na terenu i ljudima koji posje\u0107uju za\u0161ti\u0107ena podru\u010dja, ali i najbolji glasnogovornici u komunikaciji s lokalnim stanovni\u0161tvom. Uloga \u010duvara prirode u monitorinzima i suradnja sa znanstvenom zajednicom od iznimne su va\u017enosti za o\u010duvanje ekosustava\u201c, <\/strong>istaknula je ravnateljica i dodala: \u201eVi zaista imate najljep\u0161i ured na svijetu \u2013 vjerujem da ga zato s tolikom pa\u017enjom \u010duvate. Nadam se da \u0107e ovaj skup i razmjena iskustava iznjedriti nove ideje za o\u010duvanje za\u0161ti\u0107enih podru\u010dja.\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Svake godine \u010duvari prirode okupe se na seminaru na kojem poha\u0111aju stru\u010dna predavanja i radionice i razmjenjuju znanja i iskustva unutar sektora. U ime organizatora okupljenima se obratio Aljo\u0161a Dupli\u0107, ravnatelj Zavoda za za\u0161titu okoli\u0161a i prirode: \u201eVelika je \u010dast da se ovaj skup \u010duvara prirode odr\u017eava u srcu jednog od na\u0161ih najbogatijih nacionalnih parkova, u Nacionalnom parku ‘Krka’, u kojem \u0107e \u010duvari prirode imati priliku razmijeniti iskustva u uklanjanju i kontroli invazivne vrste pajasena, jer pionirski posao u o\u010duvanju sedre i kontroli te vrste provodi upravo NP ‘Krka’. U Hrvatskoj je vi\u0161e od 38 % teritorija pod nekim vidom za\u0161tite, a snaga sektora za\u0161tite prirode o\u010dituje se u provo\u0111enju kontrole i aktivnostima monitoringa, te edukacije i senzibiliziranja svih ljudi koji se na tom prostoru kre\u0107u\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Kroz dvodnevno radno dru\u017eenje obradit \u0107e se teme vezane za rad te slu\u017ebe, va\u017ene u za\u0161titi prirode, poput primjer\u0101 dobre prakse u postupanju \u010duvara prirode i suradnje s inspekcijama, a analizirat \u0107e se i postupanja \u010duvara prirode prema \u010dlanku 144. Zakona o za\u0161titi prirode. O izazovima neposrednog nadzora kroz vrijeme i prostor NP \u201eKrka\u201c govorio je Josip Klari\u0107, glavni \u010duvar prirode u Nacionalnom parku \u201eKrka\u201c. Skup ima i me\u0111unarodni karakter: na njemu sudjeluje Jo\u00e3o Manuel Santos Correia, predstavnik portugalske i europske udruge rend\u017eera.<\/p>\n

Petak je predvi\u0111en za terenski obilazak Nacionalnog parka \u201eKrka\u201c. \u010cuvari prirode posjetit \u0107e Ro\u0161ki slap i obi\u0107i pokusnu plohu s pajasenom uspostavljenu u sklopu projekta \u201eLIFE CONTRA Ailanthus\u201c, financiranog kroz Program LIFE, u kojemu je JU \u201eNP Krka\u201c partner. Potom \u0107e se uputiti na izlet brodom do otoka Visovca.<\/p>\n

\u010cuvari prirode sudjeluju u o\u010duvanju i neometanom odvijanju slo\u017eenih procesa u za\u0161ti\u0107enom podru\u010dju. Osim za\u0161tite prirodnih vrijednosti, \u0161tite razli\u010dite ekosustave i bogatu i raznoliku kulturnopovijesnu ba\u0161tinu, a budno paze i na sigurnost posjetitelja i zaposlenika.<\/p>\n

Organized by the Institute for Environmental and Nature Protection of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and the Krka National Park, on the 20th<\/sup> and 21st<\/sup> of April 2023, more than a hundred participants gathered at the Krka Eco Campus in Puljane, a modern interpretational-educational and volunteer center, where they were warmly welcomed by the director of the Krka National Park, Nella Slavica: \u201cNature rangers represent our first contact with all events in the field and the people who visit protected areas, but they are also the best spokespersons for communication with the local population. The role of nature rangers in monitoring and cooperation with the scientific community is of exceptional importance for the preservation of the ecosystem\u201d<\/strong>, stated the director, and added \u201cYou truly have the most beautiful offices in the world \u2013 I believe that’s why you guard it with such care. I hope that this meeting and the exchange of experiences will give rise to new ideas for the preservation of protected areas.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Every year, nature rangers gather at a seminar where they attend professional lectures and workshops and exchange knowledge and experiences within the field. Aljo\u0161a Dupli\u0107, director of the Institute for Environmental and Nature Protection, addressed the gathering on behalf of the organizers: \u201cIt is a great honor that this meeting of nature conservationists is being held in the heart of one of our richest national parks, in the Krka National Park, where nature rangers will have the opportunity to exchange experiences in the removal and control of invasive species, such as tree of heaven (<\/strong>Ailanthus altissima<\/em><\/strong>)<\/strong>, because pioneering work in the preservation of travertine and control of this species is being carried out specifically by the Krka National Park. In Croatia, more than 38% of the total territory is under some form of protection, and the strength of the nature protection sector can be perceived in the implementation of control and monitoring activities, as well as education and the sensitization of all people active in this area.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the two-day working meeting, topics related to the work of these services, important in the protection of nature, will be discussed, such as examples of good practice in the behavior of nature rangers and cooperation with inspections, while the approaches of nature rangers to Article 144 of the Nature Protection Act will also be analyzed. Josip Klari\u0107, Chief Nature Ranger in the Krka National Park, spoke about the challenges of direct monitoring over the time and space of the Krka National Park. The meeting also has an international character: Jo\u00e3o Manuel Santos Correia is taking part in it, as a representative of the Portuguese and European associations of rangers.<\/p>\n

Friday is set aside for a field trip to the Krka National Park. Nature rangers will visit the Ro\u0161ki slap waterfall and tour the test meadow area with Ailanthus established as part of the “LIFE CONTRA Ailanthus” project, financed through the LIFE Program, in which the Krka National Park is a partner. Then they will go on a boat trip to the island of Visovac.<\/p>\n

Nature rangers participate in the preservation and undisturbed development of complex processes in the protected area. In addition to the protection of natural values, they alo protect various ecosystems and the rich and diverse cultural and historical heritage, while they also keep a close eye on the safety of visitors and employees.<\/p>\n
