[hr]Speleolozi i planinari iz Svetog Mihovila, Hrvatska gorska slu\u017eba spa\u0161avanja i djelatnici Nacionalnog parka \u201eKrka\u201c u pet dana iz \u0161pilja i jama izvukli dvadeset dva kubi\u010dna metra sme\u0107a<\/strong><\/p>\n

Podzemlje \u010duva sedamdeset posto zaliha pitke vode u Hrvatskoj i dom je za \u010detrdeset posto endemskih \u017eivotinja, ali skriva i stotine divljih deponija otpada. U pet dana speleolozi i planinari Hrvatskog planinarskog kluba Sveti Mihovil o\u010distili su, na inicijativu Javne ustanove \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c i uz potporu Hrvatske gorske slu\u017ebe spa\u0161avanja \u2013 Stanice \u0160ibenik, sedam speleolo\u0161kih objekata na podru\u010dju Nacionalnog parka \u201eKrka\u201c, pri \u010demu su iz \u0161pilja i jama izvu\u010dena dvadeset dva kubi\u010dna metra komunalnog otpada.<\/p>\n

Na podru\u010dju NP \u201eKrka\u201c istra\u017eena su osamdeset i dva speleolo\u0161ka objekta, koja nastanjuju brojne endemske \u0161piljske vrste, od kojih \u010detiri nastanjuju samo objekte na podru\u010dju Parka. Iako su svi speleolo\u0161ki objekti, osim Ozi\u0111ane pe\u0107ine, obuhva\u0107eni zonom stroge za\u0161tite, pojedini su, na\u017ealost, one\u010di\u0161\u0107eni nesavjesnim odlaganjem otpada na neprimjeren na\u010din.<\/p>\n

Od 19. do 28. sije\u010dnja o\u010di\u0161\u0107eno je sedam speleolo\u0161kih objekata: Stara jametina, \u0160pilja u Skradinskom buku, Jama kod Zaskoka, Jama na Bibnovcu, jama Golubnja\u010da nad manastirom Krka, Jama sa sme\u0107em i \u0160pilja u Donjim Radi\u0107ima. Tom se akcijom JU \u201eNP Krka\u201c pridru\u017eila inicijativi \u201e\u010cisto podzemlje\u201c pa su svi o\u010di\u0161\u0107eni objekti ozna\u010deni oznakom www.cistopodzemlje.info<\/a> s nadom da \u0107e to pomo\u0107i za\u0161titi objekata i sprije\u010diti, ili barem smanjiti, neodgovorno odlaganje otpada.<\/p>\n

Glavni uzrok zaga\u0111ivanja podzemlja nedovoljna je svijest o za\u0161titi okoli\u0161a i ispravnom na\u010dinu odlaganja otpada, s obzirom na to da je danas organizirani odvoz dostupan svima. Zato je na\u0161 zajedni\u010dki zadatak edukacija o \u0161tetnosti i opasnosti takvog na\u010dina \u201ezbrinjavanja\u201c otpada. Ve\u0107ina obnovljivih zaliha pitke vode dolazi iz podzemlja kr\u0161a. \u0160pilje i jame prirodna su veza izme\u0111u podzemnih i nadzemnih voda pa \u0107e ono \u0161to bacimo u na\u0161e ponore na kraju zavr\u0161iti u \u010da\u0161i vode na na\u0161em stolu.<\/p>\n

Speleologists and mountaineers from the St. Mihovil Mountaineering Club, the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service, and employees of the Krka National Park pulled out twenty-two cubic meters of trash from caves and pits in five days<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>The underground preserves seventy percent of Croatia’s drinking water supply and is home to forty percent of all endemic animals, but it also hides hundreds of unofficial waste dumps. In five days, speleologists and mountaineers of the Croatian Mountaineering Club Sveti Mihovil, on the initiative of the Krka National Park, and with the support of the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service \u2013 \u0160ibenik Station, cleaned seven speleological structures in the area of the Krka National Park and extracted twenty-two cubic meters of municipal waste from the caves and pits.<\/p>\n

Eighty-two speleological structures have been explored in the area of the Krka National Park, which are inhabited by numerous endemic cave species, four of which inhabit only structures within the Park area. Although all speleological features, with the exception of the Ozi\u0111ana pe\u0107ina cave, are encompassed in a strict protection zone, unfortunately some of them have been polluted by careless disposal of waste in an inappropriate manner.<\/p>\n

From January 19th<\/sup> to the 28th<\/sup>, seven speleological structures were cleaned: Stara Jametina, the cave at Skradinski buk, the cave near Zaskok, the cave at Bibnovac, Golubnja\u010da cave above Krka monastery, the cave with garbage, and the cave in Donji Radi\u0107i. With this action, the Krka National Park joined the initiative “Clean Underground”, so all cleaned structures are marked with the sign www.cistopodzemlje.info<\/a>, with the hope that this will help protect these structures and prevent, or at least reduce, irresponsible waste disposal.<\/p>\n

The main cause of such underground pollution is insufficient awareness of environmental protection and the correct way of disposing of waste, given that today organized removal is available to everyone. That is why our common task is further education about the harmfulness and danger of this manner of “disposing” of waste. Most renewable supplies of drinking water come from the underground karst system. Caves and abysses represent a natural connection between underground and surface water, so what we throw into our sinkholes will eventually end up in the glass of water on our table.<\/p>\n
