Javna ustanova \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c s ponosom je sudjelovala, kao jedan od partnera, u predstavljanju rezultata projekta \u201ePriroda za sve na znakovnom\u201c, koje je 14. svibnja 2025. odr\u017eano na \u201ecarskom vidikovcu\u201c na Skradinskom buku<\/strong><\/p>\n

Projekt, koji provodi Hrvatski savez gluhih i nagluhih u partnerstvu s Udrugom poduzetnika u hotelijerstvu Hrvatske i svim nacionalnim parkovima Republike Hrvatske, sufinancira Ministarstvo turizma i sporta Republike Hrvatske.<\/p>\n

\u201eCilj projekta je omogu\u0107iti pristupa\u010dan turizam za gluhe i nagluhe osobe kroz prilagodbu informativnih sadr\u017eaja nacionalnih parkova na hrvatski znakovni jezik i me\u0111unarodnu znakovnu komunikaciju, uz titlove. U Nacionalnom parku ‘Krka’ to konkretno zna\u010di da gluhi i nagluhi posjetitelji sada mogu do\u017eivjeti prirodne vrijednosti Parka kroz videomaterijale koji su im u potpunosti prilago\u0111eni<\/strong>\u201c, istaknula je Dijana Vincek, predsjednica Hrvatskog saveza gluhih i nagluhih.<\/p>\n

U sklopu projekta provedena je edukacija djelatnika Parka o komunikaciji s osobama o\u0161te\u0107enog sluha, a prilago\u0111eni videosadr\u017eaji dostupni su na YouTube kanalu projekta i preko QR kodova koji \u0107e biti postavljeni u Parku. Time NP \u201eKrka\u201c potvr\u0111uje predanost me\u0111unarodnim standardima za ljudska prava i inkluzivnom pristupu svim posjetiteljima.<\/p>\n

Pristupa\u010dnost nije samo tehni\u010dki zahtjev \u2013 ona je temeljno ljudsko pravo koje osobama s invaliditetom omogu\u0107uje punopravno, neovisno i ravnopravno sudjelovanje u svim aspektima dru\u0161tvenog \u017eivota, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i turizam. Upravo zbog toga, Nacionalni park \u201eKrka\u201c svoj doprinos ovom projektu smatra va\u017enim iskorakom prema jednakosti i ve\u0107oj vidljivosti potreba svih svojih posjetitelja.<\/p>\n

\u201eJU ‘NP Krka’ s velikom pa\u017enjom pristupa problemu pristupa\u010dnosti za osobe s invaliditetom i trudi se omogu\u0107iti pristupa\u010dnost gdje god je to fizi\u010dki mogu\u0107e, kako osobama u kolicima, tako i slijepim i slabovidnim osobama. Upoznavanje s bogatim prirodnim i kulturnopovijesnim vrijednostima na\u0161eg jedinstvenog Parka i pristupa\u010dnost njegovih sadr\u017eaja gluhim i nagluhim veliki je korak u tom smjeru. Radujemo se \u0161to \u0107e pristupa\u010dnost Nacionalnog parka ‘Krka’ biti omogu\u0107ena preko videouradaka, pa u tom smislu jo\u0161 jednom zahvaljujemo Hrvatskom savezu gluhih i nagluhih \u0161to je prepoznao potencijal za razvoj ovog projekta i \u0161to je on uspje\u0161no realiziran. Posebno nas raduje to \u0161to je NP ‘Krka’ prvo za\u0161ti\u0107eno podru\u010dje u kojem su predstavljeni rezultati tako va\u017enog projekta<\/strong>\u201c, kazala je ravnateljica JU \u201eNP Krka\u201c Nella Slavica.<\/p>\n

Ovim projektom napravljen je va\u017ean iskorak prema ravnopravnom pristupu prirodnim i kulturnopovijesnim vrijednostima za sve gra\u0111ane i posjetitelje, bez obzira na njihove komunikacijske mogu\u0107nosti.<\/p>\n

Hrvatski savez gluhih i nagluhih (HSGN) neprofitna je nevladina organizacija osnovana davne 1921. godine. To je krovna organizacija koja okuplja dvadeset dvije lokalne udruge gluhih i nagluhih s podru\u010dja cijele Republike Hrvatske i brine se za oko \u0161est i pol tisu\u0107a \u010dlanova. Od svog osnutka HSGN podr\u017eava programe rehabilitacije i za\u0161tite gluhih i nagluhih osoba. Posebno je posve\u0107en problematici komunikacije, obrazovanja i zapo\u0161ljavanja gluhih i nagluhih osoba. \u010clan je Svjetske federacije gluhih (WFD), Me\u0111unarodne i Europske federacije nagluhih (IFHOH i EFHOH) i Europske unije gluhih (EUD). Hrvatski savez gluhih i nagluhih udru\u017een je u nacionalnu Zajednicu saveza organizacija osoba s invaliditetom Hrvatske (SOIH).<\/p>\n

\nThe Krka National Park proudly participated, as one of the partners, in the presentation of the results of the project “Nature for all in sign language”, which was held on May 14, 2025, at the “Imperial viewpoint” at Skradinski buk waterfall<\/strong><\/p>\n

The project, which is implemented by the Croatian Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in partnership with the Association of Croatian Hotel Entrepreneurs and all national parks of the Republic of Croatia, is co-financed by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Croatia.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe aim of the project is to enable accessible tourism for deaf and hard of hearing people by adapting the informational content of national parks to Croatian sign language and international sign language, with subtitles. In the Krka National Park, this specifically means that deaf and hard of hearing visitors can now experience the natural features of the Park through video materials that are fully adapted to them<\/strong>,\u201d emphasized Dijana Vincek, president of the Croatian Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.<\/p>\n

As part of the project, Park employees were trained in communication with hearing-impaired people, and customized video content is available on the project’s YouTube channel and via QR codes that will be placed in the Park. With this, the Krka National Park confirms its commitment to international standards for human rights and an inclusive approach to all visitors.<\/p>\n

Accessibility is not just a technical requirement \u2013 it is a fundamental human right that enables people with disabilities to fully, independently, and equally participate in all aspects of social life, including tourism. For this reason, the Krka National Park considers its contribution to this project an important step towards equality and greater visibility of the needs of all its visitors.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Public Institute of Krka National Park approaches the issue of accessibility for people with disabilities with great care and strives to provide accessibility wherever physically possible, both for people in wheelchairs and for the blind and visually impaired. Introducing the rich natural and cultural-historical features of our unique Park and making its contents accessible to the deaf and hard of hearing is another big step in that direction. We look forward to making the accessibility of the Krka National Park possible through videos, and in this sense we would like to thank the Croatian Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing once again for recognizing the potential for the development of this project and for its successful implementation. We are especially pleased that the Krka National Park is the first protected area in which the results of such an important project have been presented<\/strong>\u201d, said the director of the Krka National Park, Nella Slavica.<\/p>\n

This project represents an important step towards equal access to natural and cultural-historical features for all citizens and visitors, regardless of their communication capabilities.<\/p>\n

The Croatian Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (HSGN) is a non-profit non-governmental organization founded long ago in 1921. It is an umbrella organization that brings together twenty-two\u00a0local associations of the deaf and hard of hearing from across the Republic of Croatia and cares for around six and a half thousand members. Since its establishment, HSGN has supported programs for the rehabilitation and protection of deaf and hard of hearing people. It is particularly dedicated to the issues of communication, education, and employment of deaf and hard of hearing people. It is a member of the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD), the International and European Federations of the Deaf (IFHOH and EFHOH) and the European Union of the Deaf (EUD). The Croatian Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing is affiliated with the national Union of Associations of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities of Croatia (SOIH).<\/p>\n
