[hr]Dvadeset drugi Susret s lokalnim stanovni\u0161tvom odr\u017eat \u0107e se u ponedjeljak, 2. prosinca 2024. od 13 do 15 sati u konferencijskoj dvorani Eko kampusa \u201eKrka\u201c u Puljanima.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tema Susreta je\u00a0Utjecaj raznih \u010dimbenika na kvalitetu maslinovog ulja<\/em>, a elaborirat \u0107e je doc. dr. sc. Mirella \u017daneti\u0107, vi\u0161a znanstvena suradnica pri Zavodu za primijenjene znanosti Instituta za jadranske kulture i melioraciju kr\u0161a u Splitu. Posebno zanimanje za ispitivanje kvalitete maslinova ulja, uz prakti\u010dno organolepti\u010dko testiranje, Mirella \u017daneti\u0107 predstavit \u0107e tijekom predavanja.<\/p>\n

Dvadeset drugi Susret okupit \u0107e lokalno stanovni\u0161tvo koje \u017eivi i radi na \u0161irem podru\u010dju Krke. Javna ustanova \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c stanovnicima toga podru\u010dja omogu\u0107uje besplatnu analizu mladoga maslinovog ulja:\u00a0za analizu treba donijeti 0,5 l maslinova ulja u \u010distoj i tamnoj staklenoj boci<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Sudjelovanje na Susretu s lokalnim stanovni\u0161tvom slobodno je za sve zainteresirane.<\/p>\n

\nThe 22th<\/sup> Meeting of the Local Community will be held on Monday, 2 December 2024 from 1 to 3 pm at the conference hall of the Krka Eco-Campus in Puljane.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The theme of the meeting is\u00a0The influence of various factors on the quality of olive oil<\/em>. A lecture will be held by Mirella \u017daneti\u0107, Ph.D.Sc., senior research associate of the Department of Applied Sciences, Institute for Adriatic Culture and Karst Amelioration in Split. Mirella \u017daneti\u0107 will present her special interest for the olive oil quality analysis along with a practical organoleptic testing.<\/p>\n

The 22th<\/sup>\u00a0Meeting of the Local Community brings together the local population living and working within the broader area of the Krka River. The Public Institute of Krka National Park will provide free analysis of fresh olive oil. All olive growers are invited to bring in 0.5 L of olive oil in a clean and dark glass bottle for analysis.<\/p>\n

Participation in the Meeting of the Local Community is open to all interested persons.<\/p>\n
