{"id":11059,"date":"2024-11-22T11:11:25","date_gmt":"2024-11-22T10:11:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.npkrka.hr\/?p=11059"},"modified":"2025-12-02T13:01:31","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T12:01:31","slug":"21-susret-okupit-ce-lokalno-stanovnistvo-na-radionici-degustacije-i-analize-vina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npkrka.hr\/en_us\/2024\/11\/22\/21-susret-okupit-ce-lokalno-stanovnistvo-na-radionici-degustacije-i-analize-vina\/","title":{"rendered":"The 21st Meeting will gather local inhabitants at the tasting workshop and wine analysis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[hr]<strong>Prvi pretok i bistrenje vina tema je dvadeset i prvog<\/strong><strong> Susreta s lokalnim stanovni\u0161tvom koji \u0107e se odr\u017eati u ponedjeljak, 25. studenoga 2024. od 14 do 16 sati u konferencijskoj dvorani Eko kampusa \u201eKrka\u201c u Puljanima.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Javna ustanova \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c zainteresiranim stanovnicima \u0161ireg podru\u010dja Krke koji prera\u0111uju gro\u017e\u0111e omogu\u0107uje redovita okupljanja u cilju usvajanja novih znanja i praksi u izradi vina.<\/p>\n<p>Predava\u010d i voditelj radionice degustacije vina bit \u0107e mr. sc. Stipe Ivi\u0107, stru\u010dni suradnik za vinarstvo i vinogradarstvo u Zavodu za biljne znanosti Instituta za jadranske kulture i melioraciju kr\u0161a u Splitu. Organolepti\u010dko ocjenjivanje vina podrazumijeva ocjenjivanje vanjskog izgleda vina (boje i bistro\u0107e), mirisa, okusa, ukupnog dojma i prepoznatljivosti sorte od koje je vino proizvedeno.<\/p>\n<p>Na Susretu \u0107e se okupiti lokalno stanovni\u0161tvo koje \u017eivi i radi na \u0161irem podru\u010dju Krke. Svi koji prera\u0111uju gro\u017e\u0111e mogu donijeti uzorak svog vina, bijelog ili crnog, na <strong>individualizirano savjetovanje<\/strong> kako bi na temelju analize organolepti\u010dkih svojstava vina dobili stru\u010dno mi\u0161ljenje o njemu. Za degustaciju treba donijeti 0,5 l vina u staklenoj ili plasti\u010dnoj boci.<\/p>\n<p>Nadalje, Javna ustanova \u201eNacionalni park Krka\u201c zainteresiranim stanovnicima \u0161ireg podru\u010dja Krke omogu\u0107uje <strong>besplatnu analizu mladog ili odle\u017eanog vina<\/strong>. Za tu potrebu, lokalni stanovnici na Susret mogu donijeti i jedan uzorak od 0,5 l bijelog ili crnog vina, u staklenoj ili plasti\u010dnoj boci.<\/p>\n<p>Sudjelovanje na 21. The organoleptic evaluation of wine implies the evaluation of the external appearance of the wine (color and clarity), the smell, the taste, and the overall impression and recognition of the variety from which the wine was produced.<\/p>\n<p>Local residents who live and work in the wider area of the Krka River will gather at the Meeting. Everyone who processes grapes can bring a sample of their wine, white or red, to an <strong>individualised consultation<\/strong> in order to receive an expert opinion on it based on the analysis of the organoleptic properties of the wine. For the tasting, you should bring 0.5 l of wine in a glass or plastic bottle.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the Public Institute of the Krka National Park offers <strong>free analysis of young or aged wine<\/strong> to interested residents of the broader Krka River area.
