Pra\u0107enje je uklju\u010divalo terenski obilazak \u0161pilje u vrijeme formiranja porodiljnih kolonija \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a u lipnju 2024. i dodatni obilazak u srpnju 2024.\u00a0Pra\u0107enje je provedeno s ciljem procjene brojnosti prisutnih populacija \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a i sastava vrsta, uz procjenu o\u010duvanosti skloni\u0161ta i preporuke za daljnje aktivnosti.<\/p>\n
Pra\u0107enja \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a u \u0161pilji Miljacka II provode se godinama. Istra\u017eivanja se uglavnom provode u ljetnom razdoblju, kada ve\u0107ina vrsta formira porodiljne kolonije (\u017eenke s mladima). Sva terenska istra\u017eivanja, obrada i organizacija podataka provode se prema standardnoj metodologiji. Zabilje\u017eeno je ukupno pet vrsta \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a, od kojih su sve uklju\u010dene u Dodatak II Direktive o stani\u0161tima, odnosno na \u201ePopis biljnih i \u017eivotinjskih vrsta od zna\u010daja za Europsku uniju koje zahtijevaju za\u0161titu\u201c: Rhinolophus euryale<\/em> (ju\u017eni potkovnjak), R. ferrumequinum<\/em> (veliki potkovnjak), Myotis blythii<\/em> (o\u0161trouhi \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161), M. capaccinii<\/em> (dugonogi \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161) i Miniopterus schreibersii<\/em> (dugokrili pr\u0161njak).<\/p>\n Analiza dosada\u0161njih opa\u017eanja ukazuje na znatne varijacije u brojnosti \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a tijekom godina. Ipak, postoje\u0107i set podataka nedostatan je za detaljniju analizu trendova brojnosti prisutnih vrsta i \u010dinilaca koji na to utje\u010du. Stoga \u0107e se pra\u0107enje ljetnih kolonija \u0161i\u0161mi\u0161a u \u0161pilji Miljacka II nastaviti.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n [\/hr]<\/p>\n [en] Monitoring included field surveys of the caves at the time of forming the nursing colonies in June 2024, and an additional visit in July 2024. The aim of the monitoring was to assess abundance of the bat populations present in the cave and determine the species composition, with an assessment of habitat preservation and recommendations for further activities.<\/p>\n Bat monitoring in the Miljacka II has been ongoing for years. This research is primarily conducted in the summer months, when most species form nursing colonies (consisting of females with young). All field surveys and data analysis are performed according to standard methodologies. Five bat species were recorded in the cave, all of which are included in Annex II of the Habitats Directive, i.e., the List of plant and animal species of significance for the European Union and that require protection: Rhinolophus euryale<\/em> (Mediterranean horseshoe bat), R. ferrumequinum<\/em> (greater horseshoe bat), Myotis blythii<\/em> (lesser mouse-eared bat), M. capaccinii<\/em> (long-fingered bat) and Miniopterus schreibersii<\/em> (common bent-wing bat).<\/p>\n Analysis of observations indicated significant variations in bat numbers over the year. However, the existing dataset is inadequate for a more detailed analysis of trends in abundance of the present species and the factors affecting their abundance.
